Performance Training in Monticello — Or Anywhere You Train
Train Smarter. Move Stronger.
Your program is written by elite trainers who partner with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who spends the rest of the week rehabbing what bad programming causes. Train on the floor in Monticello, or from your own gym on the other side of the country. The programming is the same.

Performance Solutions
What We Offer
Two ways to train. The same program behind both, and the same $250 a month either way. Nutrition coaching runs alongside either format for $150 a month instead of $200.
Your program is written by elite trainers who partner with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who spends the rest of the week rehabbing what bad programming causes. That matters for a reason that has nothing to do with credentials on a wall: shoulders, knees and backs come apart under programming somebody wrote without knowing what they were loading.
Volume that outruns recovery. Bench pressing five days a week on a shoulder that cannot get overhead. Squatting to a number instead of to a depth the hip actually has. Those are not freak accidents. They are predictable, and they are avoidable if the person writing the program has seen where they end.
Same training. Built by people who know what breaks.

Who It's For
Find Yourself on This List
Four kinds of people train here. If one of them sounds like your week, you are in the right place.
Training around an old injury is normal and the programming accounts for it. If something currently hurts, start with performance testing or a Physical Therapy Evaluation instead.

You're Still Competing
You have a season and an off-season, and the lifting your team does is the same program for every position on the roster. Yours should not be. Training gets built around your sport, your position and where you are in the calendar — not around what the whole squad is doing in week one.
- Sport-specific and position-specific work
- Programming that respects in-season load
- Off-season blocks with a measurable target
-
You Used to Compete
You lifted seriously for four years and then stopped for six. Your body kept the mileage and lost the maintenance. You do not want a beginner's program, and you are not interested in finding your limits the hard way at 34 to prove a point to yourself.
- Starts from what you can do now, not what you could at 20
- Strength back on the table without a six-week setback
- Joint-friendly loading that still gets heavy
-
You Have Four Hours a Week
Not ten. Between work, a commute and kids, four is what exists, and it is not always the same four. The program is written for the time you actually have, so a missed Tuesday does not wreck the week — and the sessions are ordered so the work that matters most happens first.
- Time-efficient sessions, highest-value work first
- Flexible scheduling — 24/7 gym access if you train here
- Written to survive a week that falls apart
-
You Train Somewhere Else
A hotel gym, a garage, a campus weight room, a commercial gym two states away. The program is written for the equipment in front of you, with swaps ready for the week the rack is taken. Coaching travels; you do not have to be in Monticello to use it.
- Built around your available equipment
- Substitutions for the days it is not available
- Weekly check-ins and adjustments
Objective Testing
Know Where You Actually Stand
We test on VALD ForceDecks — force output, jump height and mechanics, left leg against right, maximal pull.
Numbers at the start of a training block. The same numbers at the end. That is how you find out whether the last twelve weeks worked.
$100 — a 30-minute test and 15-minute retests at 6 and 12 weeks. Testing is its own service, on its own page.
Train From Anywhere
The Program Travels
You get custom programming anywhere in the world through the Custom App — every session, every movement, video on all of it. Whatever gym you walk into, the program is already there waiting.
Programming, video and weekly adjustments, wherever you are.
