Summer Performance Training

Join the Summer Strength Program to become the best athlete you can be!

Details

Dates: June 10th-August 8th (8 weeks)
*There will be a break July 1st-4th for holiday

Days: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday

Times: Group 1 - 6:15 a.m.
             Group 2 - 7:15 a.m.

Food: Athletes will be provided                         breakfast 2x/week

Cost: $300 for full Summer Program

Phase I: Developing the Athlete

-Build Strength with Mobility
-Develop Sport Specific Demands
-Improve Acceleration/Deceleration for reduced injury

What's Expected of the Athlete

-Arrive on time

-Show Respect (trainers, equipment, facility, other athletes, etc.

-Give Full Effort

-Be Competitive, but Have FUN

-Peak Strength
-Sport Specific Speed and Agility
-Building Tolerance to High Intensity
